Spark plug difference

ah cheers, i fitted them but am still getting the loss of power issues,

vag com says "misfire on cylinder 4"

so next is ht leads and if its still not fixed then coil pack

but i replaced my coil pack last year, but when i take two of my ht leads off the coil pack with the engine running there not sparking, so unsure if thats the coil or the leads fault ?
