Getting your car something for Christmas..?

Post by Dom_ »

Someone tell me I'm not the only one that does this..

Apart from getting my alloys refurbed in the new year, I'm torn between a Milltek or some springs! 8)

Ha this put a smile on my face this morning.

Your not alone I got my baby an arm rest. Genuine VW one from china. As they don't do them here.
Got it with the help of Beijing polo off here.

Only thing was I couldn't wait till Christmas day to fit it so fitted it on Saturday.

Will post up some pis in my build thread tonight. Lol

And in the new year (7th Jan) she has a booking at MJ interiors for some work to be done to make my front and rear seats match.

Merry Christmas polo

No wobble and i love it.

Don't know how i have lived without it.

Only problem is they do black or beige. The black isn't far off but by no means a direct match.

i will post up pics tonight

Is this the one you mean?

http://orientalparts.com/Center-Console ... 90483.aspx

The mount to the console seems a bit more substantial than the ones on fleabay. Does it replace the existing part which the handbrake lever comes out of?

No that's not the one. The one I have is only available from VW China.
Can't comment on how that one is but the one I have is very study and has VW stamp
