Don't think anyone on here has 1 set up matey. Have you done much looking into this? Got any pics on installs yourself. I'd never thought of this. I run a revo stage 2. Seems like a good mod

With water meth, there is multiple gains.
You get cooler intake temps with the water
You get higher octane cos of the meth
The kit I have has a power button so I can switch it on and off as I please
I will be running revo stage 2 soon so I will set performace 1 with no meth, performance 2 with meth and performance 3 with aggressive settings and high octane
I found my intake temps to be in the high 70s(celcius) pre fmic, post fmic its now in the high 30s, with wmi it will be under 20s

The fmic i bought was used, it had a bung for the wmi already but i sealed it up when i fitted it, i will make a new boost pipe for map sensor and wmi, the pipe is the one you see on the left of the pic

Here's a better pic

The pipe on the left isnt too pretty for my liking so I plan on changing that

Re: water meth on a gti
Water meth is usually sprayed into the boost pipe before the throttle body in a fine mist formation. The mist enters the intake manifold and cools the intake temps and the meth aids to increase octane of fuel
Get better worded explanation here http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_in ... _(engines)
Water cooled means the engine is cooled via use of a radiator where as air cooled cars do not have radiators like the old beetles and combis
