Headlight bulb advice

Looking to swap out my hid's for a while for some standard halogens due to The legalities coming in at new year. How close are the blue visions to a HID kit? Only after the nice colour really

any help appreciated since I'm getting my baby back on the road

The phillips diamond vision are illegal in the UK i think, so go careful
