lower grilles help!

Post by Gtimatt »

so the old ones come out eeaasyy, these new ones I've had trouble fitting by myself, and should have worn gloves in the first place (my thumbs are soooo sore)

basically I've got a video to show the trouble I'm having, they sound like they clip in, but it comes off far too easy.

now on the foglight one i managed to shove it in with all my strength and it clicked, but then the rest of course was a mission.(and won't go in)

The main lower one, I'm pretty sure the bottom is all clipped in, but the top removes really easily and I've pushed and pushed but it won't clip in.

any help from anyone who has fitted these?

heres the video - https://www.youtube*.com/watch?v=lDeKdXRX ... AAAAAAAAAA

When I did mine, I had to give it a good couple of whacks with the palm of my hand to clip it in. Proper hard knock needed. I had to cut my original one out because it was so jammed in so the clips are pretty sturdy, just actually clipping them in needs a bit of force.
