woman did ask when i rung up order id number which is on your receipt+and did ask what problem was.
They've sent me 2 free packs out and once again tonight one dies!
5 Bulbs gone in the past 5 months
@AJ_7
Are the Philips bulbs canbus or does the dash light up? and how long you had them? 1st bulb gone?
I am using Philips bulbs too, same as AJ_7, for 8 months now and so far so good. I work with lighting so one advice I have is to ensure that you do not touch the glass part of the bulb with your fingers. Make sure to always use a cloth or a napkin. Touching the bulb with your finger will reduce the lifespan by at least half. Its never very clear on the packaging that it is not recommemded to touch them.
Im not saying thats the only problem, but could help
My left handside headlight bulb went a few weeks ago and the one on the right hand side has just gone today. Not very impressed with the quality of the Phillips bulbs if i'm honest...
