Alright, I'm looking to get my BBS RX2's that I recently bought refurbished and the company I was planning to go through sent me this email back after I sent him photos of my wheels that needed refurbished.
`Are they genuine split rims? If they are the bolt running around the outside of the wheel will be metal and will come out. If they are not metal they will be fake bolts made of plastic. We need to determine this before we can look at the process to put them through. See if you can take one of the small bolts out with a torx head bit.'
I believe they are genuine split rims.. I just wasn't 100% sure on the bolts running around the alloy, has anyone had any experience with these being refurbed? Are the bolts fake bolts purely for show or do you need to remove them?
Just thought I'd ask that was all.
Cheers
Jamie

Re: BBS RX2 Question
They are genuine split rims with titanium bolts. You need an m8 spline bit not a torx bit.
