My Polo GTI update

Post by lukey GTI »

I am working away a lot at the moment so I am pretty bored... "more work more mods ;) "... thought I would post some pics of my car and how the build is going ...

Image
This was taken last year at santa pod FAST SHOW .. over heated while sat in car keeping warm .. so I didn't take it down the strip . when I got home and to the garage .we found out the cooling fans were unplugged . no problems since touch wood###

Image

Standard ... in the gate way to work

Image
next to my mates Clio sport tidy car I was going to get one but that didn't work out ...

since then I have had Revo stage 1 Re-map ,Pipercross panel filter ,Forge 007p DV , 20mm eibach lowering springs ( soon to be swapped for AP coilovers) , Whiteline Rear ARB (sat in garage waiting to be fitted)

Plan is to get the coilovers ..then a Milltek full turbo back exhaust ,Forge FMIC, stage 2 revo map... upgrade brakes ... make the car look better overall been told all the time to sort my wheels out and get them sprayed just never get round to it .....hopefully head to the Nürburgring some time in 2012 **** progress is a slow process***

Image

Fitted the LCR splitter and middle lower grill

Image

fog grills fitted . need to replace cracked fog lens and get a new G for the GTI badge (thief's)

Don't know if i should replace the top grill for a de-badged one or just wrap the badge

Image
back of the car black badge was thinking of taking the wiper off but its not practical :P lol

I will update this as I go on .. :D
