Anyone know how to remove the mirror capa on the polo 6R ?

Oh, I should probably tell you:)

Ok, first off, you need to remove the mirror glass by un clipping it from the motor mechanisms behind it. Once the glass is off, you will see 2 lugs at the top of the mirror housing, poking through the main, black body of the mirror assembly. Release these. The mirror cap should just slide forward and off now.

Installation is in the reverse.

Didn't want to force the glass as I wasn't 100 % sure it was that way

So just prise the glass away from the motor ?
