9n3 GTI - what are they worth?

Looking at getting a 9n3 GTI, here is the general spec I am after:

2006 - 2007
Leather seats
Average mileage for age so between 50,000 and 60,000
FSH
All round good condition

I know they're all for sale for between sort of 6k and 7k but I've been looking for a good 3 months now and the same ones seem to be hanging about, which gets me thinking that they aren't worth that. So I'm looking at actual SALE prices of people who have recently sold GTIs of a similar spec, if anyone could let me know that would be a great help so I can have some guidance as to what I should be paying.

i have just traded my Polo Gti in to SG Petch at Richmond (North Yorkshire). I dont drop it off/pick my new car up till friday but could pass your details on etc and see what happens but not too sure if they are going to sell themselves or trade on etc but let me know if your interested.

details of my car are:-
2006 car
black
2 owners from new (including myself)
30k with full service history - timing belt done by VW last year
leather seats
electric sunroof
and in great condition.
