6r Bonnet Bra's
What do people think of Bonnet bra's?? Iv seen afew around but im not sure on them myself... Only good thing about them is, that it protects the bonnet from chips and dents.

Personally I think they look stupid. It might protect the paintwork from stone chips, but it can't do it any good for swirl marks etc can it?

I think there pretty cool but my mate had one on his golf and when he took it of it has left some nasty scratches were it has rubbed.

Iv seen white on white and that looks better but not keen if its gonna leave scratches behind tho....

Best thing to do with bonnet bra's if you have to use them is to cover the edge contact patches with blue detailers tape beforehand. This way it will protect the bonnet from scratch/swirl marks whilst the bra protects from chips. Plenty of show and shine guys do this and it works well.

Dont look good on women dont look good on cars, end of :p
If your wanting something to protect your front end I highly recommend getting the front end wrapped in clear film, thus retaining that oem look and protecting your bumper/bonnet from stone chips or scratches

Bonnet bra were made for old Vw camper vans. And will only ever look good on old Vw campers or vans. End off In my opinion

I wasnt sure bout them, but They do look abit naff like. Seen loads of corsa's with them tho.

Spot on mate. U got a Vw coz they are better then corsas or saxos as such.
Bonnet bras only look good on old Vw
