Newbie Detailer HELP :)

Hello there just bought a 6n2 gti in silver and i am planning on getting parts resprayed so that it looks perfect :)

I want to keep it this way but have never really looked into detailing and cleaning to a perfection. I have also spent alot of money on wheels and want to preserve them and stop corrosion and brake dust.

Iv got a a machine polisher nothing special but only ever used t-cut and a variety of auto glyn polishes. Iv had a little browse at poor boy cleaning products and clean your car website but i really dont no where to start :(

Any advice would be appreciated cheers Phil :)
