Shadow blue GTi

Post by SamF15 »

Hello there, this would be my GTi :). I bought this in October last year, i plan on doing a few more mods ie Milltek Downpipe and maybe a revo map but i'm a little unsure on that due to warrenty reasons as VW have already replaced a new engine under warrenty due to the oil level problems.

The current mods i've done to this so far is :

AP Coilovers
Milltek Cat-Back
Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 in Anthracite
RNS 510 Sat-nav
HID Kit

I gave it a detail today so thought i would share some pictures as i recently read in someones post that they are yet to see a shadow blue one. Enjoy :)

I have the monza's in my garage for sale, still in standard silver with Dunlop SP Sortmaxx tyres, 2 alloys and tyres are brand new with the other 2 second hand and with i'm guessing around 4.5mm of tread left on each tyre. All alloys are in perfect condition apart from very fine and i mean its not even that noticeable facial scratch on 1 alloy, if interested pm me or reply on here and we can talk business. :)

Thanks,
Sam.

Thank you :) I think it's just white is still the fashion isn't it, I had a white fiesta zetec s before this so to see this blue at the dealership it really caught my eye :)

I've sent you a PM Phil regarding the wheels.

I spent ages looking for a 3 door Shadow Blue GTI. Absolutely nothing came up so I eventually went for a white one.

I wish I had held out as it does look so much better than the white

I really do like the shadow blue on a VW. 8)

The mods you've done so far are spot on top, but. Then I'm biased

As for the extra mods, only you can decide on that as I did. Once you start it is hard to stop!

That looks great, first Shadow Blue one I've seen. Do you have any pics with the original Monzas on? I'd like to see it with silver wheels :)
