Re: Need Some A New Set Of Wheels
Your spoilt for choice to be honest mate, there are so many different options available for the MK4 & MK5 Polo's
With a budget of £350 you can get yourself a really nice set
Have you got anything in particular that your looking for? ie, number of spokes, split rims, steelies, staggered wheels etc

Especially being 4x100 so much available.
just get what you like not hat others think you should have. Too many people are influenced by the crowd there says!
Re: Need Some A New Set Of Wheels
Thanks for the replys.
To be honest, i love all of them, i like the way staggered wheels look, i like split rims.
Really have no clue what to buy though.
To give you an idea of what the car looks like, its this.

I really did like those rota's but there way to expensive.
I do like the gti alloys, i think it will look good on there. But still, i want something different.
Any ideas guys?

Re: Need Some A New Set Of Wheels
Always liked 5 spokes myself. Just avoid going for anything too big 17inch+ as they look worse IMO.
Also gotta be careful there isn't too much space between the brakes and the wheel - nothing looks worse than that!

i wasnt going to go any higher than 16's tbh as the car is pretty darn low.TriggerFish wrote:Always liked 5 spokes myself. Just avoid going for anything too big 17inch+ as they look worse IMO.

15"s are the best IMO on a slammed Polo but 16"s look better on a sensibly lowered 6N2

Re: Need Some A New Set Of Wheels
Hmm, i agree with you on this. I'm going to be raising it a little cause its just impractical IMO having it this low.6N2 GTI 00 wrote:15"s are the best IMO on a slammed Polo but 16"s look better on a sensibly lowered 6N2
So i might just go for 16's. But which ones? I still dont know

Slightly over your budget at £500 but they do come with 4 brilliant tyres

Ah you bought this then. Good buy if you got it for what it was up for!
I think you should stay 15's for sure but on a garish car like this you can't just go standard rxii's in my opinion. You could consider some rs reps in bronze I think these would look perfect on this!
dare rs 15" ;D

It took me a while to find this car on the forums but did find it, he's done ALOT of work to it. But dont worry ima take real good care of it
I am looking at a couple of rs reps actually,
i've found these, http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/produc ... 16635.html
I quite like them to be honest...but i need to consider cost of tyres etc.
