Yellow DV spring needed for stage one remap?

AS it states really, im going in for a remap tomorrow, currently running a forge dv007p with a green spring. after the map will i need the yellow string to maintain boost in the dv? :?

Cheers dude, will I be ok with the standard one until I can get my hands on one? any ideas where is the best place to get one?

For stage one green is what you need. Forge sell the spring kit.

Valve Spring color coding
Green - 5-15 PSI
Yellow - 15-23 PSI
Blue - 23-30 PSI
Red - 30 + PSI

Stage two for yellow. On stage one I would say its to strong.

That's what I did. Don't want to cause unnecessary stress to the turbo :mrgreen:

Cheers for that guys, Just had it mapped seems fine on the green spring tbh. more than chuffed with the results :)

I went for a more bhp remap. I can not fault it at all! It pulls like a train could instantly tell a massive difference. The car pulls from low revs all the way up to the red line now. Jason logged the info on a drive round and said my car was pulling around 1.1/1.2 psi or bar? As apposed to 0.6 standard.

I did also notice on the drive back home down the M6 that my mpg was increasing and what was with a good few blasts to test it out! :D
