you will need the forge one, that one actually does something, the elbow is a critical part and is flow restricted.
if you take the Samco one you would still need the stock elbow and so the samco does basicly nothing exept for giving it a racy look,
wich you will also have with the Forge, so imho... it's no hard choise

ps: stock TIP VS Forge TIP on a mapped car is about +-7-8Hp
