very nice but are those arches solid filler?
and are you doing all the work?

Good question on the arches,

are they pulled or rolled or even extended (welded) before filling?

In any case, well impressed. But you already knew that.

i know its a bit late... but there's a company over in the uk thats recently started producing a wide arch 'rally' kit, which can be smoothed into the bodywork. its subtle but you really see the difference when you put it next to a stanard polo!

The company is Road & Sport Developments. just ask and i'll dig there number out for you

Go on Mole! let it out, I can tell you want to get it off your chest!
I haven't had any dealings with them, i've just seen the kit advertised.

I have new pics from my bumpers:
Image
This is the lumma bumper. The holes where the pipes off the exhaust are coming where to big, so i made it smaller, aprox. 3 cm. And i'm going to make the tiny spoiler that's comes beneath the bumper out of carbon fibre. :D

Image
This is the frontbumper, almost ready to repaint. :)

Image
And that's the tiny spoiler to put under the rearbumper.
The carbonfibre and the epoxy are there to on the pic.

Image
Closer pic off the carbon fibre. Never done this before so i'm curieus.
