Bluemotion front bumper lower skirts

Im thinking of getting the blue motion front bumper corner skirts but doe's anyone know how they are held on? Sikaflex, screws, or both? :D

i saw some of these the other day dont look too bad tbh, nice mod to give it the slightly lower stance 8) gotta watch for the sleeping policemen though :evil:
