what size wheels have you got?
just wanted to know what size wheels people are running as there is a set of rims i want but they only come in 18s. would that be too big for the polo? :/

yeah 18" will rub alot, they will fit but will be changing the tyres alot!
17" fit perfect though, so i'd say thats your maximum size

Depends on how your lowered but everyone I know from these and other forums that have fitted 18's, have had issues with rubbing. I'd say 17" max

17 mate, 18 look too much, 17 are just right 
and with small tyres on them to can get the car LOW!!!
