Polo with factory xenon headlights

I was wondering if i could find a set of headlights that have the factory xenon headlights could i just plug them straight inTo my car? If i run aftermarket Hid bulbs?

You can't retrofit these to your car, legally, for less than £2000. Next idea... 8) :lol:
