badge is done by plasti dip (rubber coating) and the red is vinyl tape, done it this way so whever the car gets returned for exchange at vw i can just peel everything away! :D

done my back badge black in plasti dip also
ah thought so! i really want some plasti dip to do mine just like yours without the red bar (my polo's silver). how do you remove the badge and grille?

the best thing about plasti dip is i jut sprayed it over the badge! no removal or anything all i did was put tissue behind the badge and grill so it didnt hit the radiator! :D
and then basically you peel away around the badge and it automatically cuts a line where the badge seem starts :D

i got a 500ml can for £15.99 includin delivery, i did back and front badge with 5 coats on each (this is so the rubber is thick and will not chip/peel) then i did my mates a1 front grill surround, front badge and fog surrounds (also 5 coats) and i still have half a can left so pretty much amazing price for what you get!!! :P
