Fitting Forge intecooler...

Post by Mr Blobby »

So I will be fitting my new intercooler soon, Im guessing its not a bad job as it comes with instructions and stuff but just wondered if anyone has any tips for me? :)
How do you take the bumper off as I've not done it yet...

Cheers!

its very easy. ignore the instructions to be honest.

only tip i would give is support the weight of the rad pack when you remove the crash bar as itll stop it sagging.

3 screws in each arch, 8 in and around the grille, remove under tray and i think theres 4 screws that attach the bumper to the rad pack underneath.

It tells you in the instructions about supporting the radiator and removal of the front bumper, so I wouldn't suggest ignoring the instructions as mentioned.

It is very easy if you just follow the instructions and I had no problems fitting mine and I'm a novice!
