Guys anybody here lowered on BBS RW's?

Need to know what tyre size are you all running? I have 215/40 R17's on the front and they scrub going over road imperfections .....

What size and offset are the rims?

I am not sure on offset. But the width is 7.5 inch think?

If its anything like all other vw wheels, they're offset 38

Why not look at the rim, it is likely stamped on it.
205's are easier to fit if you are low, but it's all about the offset.

I was able to get it sorted. A quick google brought back the measurement of the wheels. Offset is ET35 7.5J.

I eventually when for nearly new branded 195 tyres
