VW POLO HANDLING "loose"

hi I've just purchased a 2001 Polo 1.4 TDI

when im driving it just feels very loose if you get what I mean???

ive been looking online and seen power flex full bush kit and wanted advice as how much they will help?

also what if I just replaced all bushes with standard oem would that make a noticeable change?

also under hard braking steering vibrates now I have put my car on the ramp and can see my front left wheel has been slightly pushed back...guessing previous owner must hav hit a curb?!!

So should I replace the wishbone n if do shall I do both sides or just the left??

Finally I was also wondering if its worth replacing the full leg and springs all round???

the reason I ask is I want the car to feel 'tight' but im on a very limited budget...
