Spec's in VW's updated price list for MY2005. But price TBC??

I was expecting ESP and Climatronic as standard.

They don't even give you traction control and believe me that engine is a handful in the wet, even in the dry you can spin the wheels.

Does seem expensive now :o

Lets hope the spec changes again :roll:

In the newest VW spec brochure it says additional equipment for GT is

6J Montreal II with 205/55/16 tyres

This should mean it will have lower and stiffer springs than the Sport as this comes with optional 205/45/16

The only other trim is "Le mans cloth" & 6 speed gearbox. :?

Got the price confirmed this morning, £14,250 for the 3 door and £14,700 and something for the 5 door.

yeah the suspension should be stronger to handle those wheels and tyres

i think its actually 205/45/16 tyres.

Yeah I think they have the tyres wrong in the price guide under the standard equipment - Looks like someone just cut and pasted it from the Bora section! :roll:
