Cupra Bushings.

Post by Mr Blobby »

Ive got myself some cupra bushings and was just wondering if anyone had any magical tips to make the job easier, like is there an 'easy' way to put them it?

Cheers :)

Depends if you're doing them in situ or with the console off..

If you're doing them in situ, you can get yourself a makeshift puller made up using a high tensile bolt, some nuts and washers. If you're doing them off with the console off, easiest way is to just use a vice on a bench to push them in! You can get special grease from the dealers to lube them up nicely (oo err  ) but even copper grease would suffice

There's a good guide on Briskoda

Have fun ;)
