Well my parents chucked me and the dog out the house for an hour whilst we had a house viewing so we took a trip across to the next town to the only petrol station that sells Fast Car, and got myself a copy :)

Amazing photos and a good write up 8)
So nice to see a good looking, nice, non-clubpolo-ed, polo in a mag :D

Have you contacted the garage yet mate about them selling it on?

What plans have you got for the Civic then mate? Any exhaust systems or intake kits coming up?
Mine's running a Spoon Catback now, mated the N1 up with a proper Spoon B-Pipe and got rid of the Supersprint Un-silenced.

Sounds much quieter now but nicer at the same time, more refined and less raspy :)
I also bought a Piper De-cat pipe ready for when I get the TDI North Cams in October, should be running 260+ bhp N/A 8)

Yeah going to do loads, ATM it's quick enough for me so doing the looks I'm getting fog insert moulds made up and sprayed. Then a seibon rear wind. Paint the handles and boot plinth as there just pitted and usual jap quality finish. Full mop and polish, then fit my wheels once sprayed more gold than bronze now. Carbon bonnet and grill maybe but deffo the bonnet.

Then for the power I'm going for a toda cat back matched with a dc sports manifold or a second hand toda but will see at the time. Either that or a cat back spoon. Then tegiwa m intake, rbc with 74mm body ported all done and a remap with a lower vtec kick in perhaps but will see. Then il spray my cam cover gloss black with gold bits is the theme I'm thinking now. Then springs on standard dampers until I change the dampers for bilstein shocks, progress rear arb and brace plate with function 7 lcas and a tie bar off some sort. Again function 7 perhaps. And matching strut braces and c pillar brace obviously. Dc5 brake upgrade aswell if I can source a set. Then the biggy will be a LSD and But more and more always happens. Possibly dc5 cams but I might sell the quad and supercharge it. Nice 3-4 grand sitting there ha.....

Good lad, always used to give me ideas and that back in the day. But yeah it's still going and a proven decent magazine. You like the feature then guys? I said I wanted a shout out to the uk-polo forum but they missed it out....

Nice 8) it doesn't take long for the modding bug to take over, the EP3 has so much potential its rude not to tap into it lol
Everything sounds good fella, I would get yourself an induction kit before the cat-back though mate because on their own a Tegiwa or Gruppe M sound unreal! You loose that when the exhaust is fitted but I guess a Toda system won't be too loud so it will be alright. As for the throttle body avoid the 74mm as they are too big, TDI north told me my 70mm throttle body was too big and it creates a flat spot low down in the revs which is even worse with a 74mm. Apparently 67mm is the size to go for and it fits nicely with a SFS, Tegiwa or even the OEM intake hose. My OEM hose totally split in half with my throttle body  74mm is over kill and not neccesary unless you cut a hole in the bumper and run a Injec CAI kit

Plans sound ace though mate, will cost a lot of wedge but its worth it for the smile it puts on your face 8)
Once the cams are done on mine i'm going for a M Factory LSD, Final Drive and Carbon Synchro's :D then do away with the rear seats and get myself some premier recaro's

No worries fella :)
Yeah got to love the Premier seats, they look awesome in fairness.

Yeah you will be fine with a 70mm throttle body it's plenty big enough and looks ace in the engine bay.
If you go for the RBC Inlet manifold they have to modify the slam panel but it' not a major problem, they did a decent job of mine at TDi North.

Yeah there are loads of second hand Toda's on CTRO fella, £400-500 and you will be sorted.
You could also get the Tegiwa Toda Copy if not which is identical but is £450 brand new.

Well I think an update is in order here, ha!

Another month another £500+ quid spent.

Iv had some custom made fog light inserts made as I haven't got foglights so instead of rubbish blanks these in either gloss black or body colour.

Image

Then iv spunked all my money on a Mugen Twin Loop cat back exhaust system, I went for this system as it's over £1300 new ha, so I had to have it at £450. It's mint apart from a hole in the b pipe and a dent but I can fix that in 10 mins lol!

Plus it's pretty quiet compared to other systems but gives the same bhp gains so I I want it louder in future il Decat the car for more goodness.

And then rear calipers done.

Image

Wheels are on there way to being done, worst one is finished but as winter is coming I'm in no rush to fit them so I can take me time.

Done!

Nice choice with the Mugen Twinloop mate, very subtle but a nice sporty tone.
Apparently it is quite a restrictive system but it depends if your going for big power or just the basics, lovely looking bit of kit either way.
