Always interested in opinions and other common mods for the polos. Looking to keep it looking a bit oem+

Cheers.

Nice mate, don't see many Bluemotions! What kind of mileage are you getting on it?

If you've thought about some new OEM wheels maybe have a look at Montreal 2's or some Gti monzas. I know they're for Gti's but i think the flat faces of the wheels would suit the more streamlined lines (like the grille) of the bluemotion nicely.

Not too sure about other plans yet. Can't lower it because of my driveway and car park at uni, but just put in some white bulbs for interior reading light and the rear number plate lights. What other small mods can be done? just stuff like aerial? Seen a brushed aluminium centre console that looks nice as well!
Keeping the alloys on it just now mate, been getting about 72-80 mpg since buying it. Mainly motorway cruising though.

Indeed they do, they are only 1 month old tyres so all the tread is there...

Polo 6r aerial is a good choice, straight swap from the old fishing rod that comes with 9n3s, about £10 from eBay..

I have one and can say there's no loss in signal either.

If you get bigger alloys it does make the car 'look' lower, or at least make it less apparent that it needs lowering.

The silver centre console is standard on all 9n3 Gtis and can be bought but its pretty rare. Some people vinyl wrap their centre consoles with all sorts from carbon wrap and there's even textured brushed aluminium wrap out there which would look better than the GTi one if done well.

New bulbs, de-badge, flowers all done easy and cheap all the small things make a big difference, have a look around people threads for ideas mate,

+1 for wrapping your centre console, easy/cheap to do again and will make a huge difference to the interior look

Could just get air to lower it? Solve your problem of roads and car parks  little bit more expensive though

Cheers mate, I'll have a look for one pretty soon.
What is going on with the roof when you open the door? Had a lot of rain last night and soaked the seat this morning. Wind deflectors top of the list for now. BAD BAD design! :(

Well I was going for this kit for the centre console
