It could be a scam, as I was under the impression they are almost impossible to retro fit.

They're easy enough to retro fit, so long as you can justify an extra 1500 quid potentially after buying the car, if you don't want to fit them yourself...

The self levers & washers would be the tricky bits to retro fit

they can be a pain, but i have done them on a mk5 golf. you probably would need a high version bcm on the car too
