Car is swaying

Recently had the front arms changed
Tire pressures are fine, recently got the tracking done aswell and also plenty of tread left in the tires.
Every time i go on the motorway or dual carriageway where its open space i can feel the car swaying slightly, like small surges pushing my car
Its not strong enough to make me swerve but its enough to make me feel that theres something pushing the car
Any clues as to why this happens?
i mean even when im doing about 60 and theres no strong winds i can feel the car swaying slightly
when i let go of the steering it does pull to one side or anything like that. Really am baffled as to what it could be?
Any ideas?

im pretty sure im not as even the passengers can feel it
