Thank god for winter pack

Post by CANDYMAN »

If anyone is specing a polo, 2 items i would reccomend is the winterpack and heated seats. As i finished work at 10pm my car was all frosty! I got in fired her up, heaters on full turned my chair on :D squirted my window with heated washer jets and frost was gone. My collegue was still waiting in the carpark waiting for his car to defrost

Wish I had it now! Takes an age to warm up being a diesel. :(

For info, Winter pack includes heated seats, you can't buy them on their own.

Winter pack consists of Heated front seats, heated washer jets, headlight washers and low washer fluid warning light.

And yes, certainly are a godsend. Both the wife's Polo and my Sirocco were both specced with them (first thing ticked on the options list) :D

And? If i wanted to go fast i would buy a supercar which is next on my list  But for a daily hack weight is not a problem

The seats are the same just with a heat element so not much weight.
Well heated washer jets well there not heavy,
Headlight washers Not heavy.

Spare wheel in the boot now that is heavy.

You can get anything on its own if you look hard enough ;)

Is it just me that thinks heated cloth seats are pointless? I love them in my other cars where I've got leather, but cloth seats never seem that cold! That's the only reason I didn't spec the winter pack. The heated washers sound useful though :)
