Having problems with pushing seat front and back the seats are very very stiff ive tried grease but still no luck .any ideas

Remove them and clean runners and seat mech then lubricate and refit.

I cleaned the rails and put some vaseline a year ago. Some said it would dry out soon but the seats are still moving easily.

You can buy new plastic clips that clip onto the seats and slide on the rail, they are pennies on ebay.

They eventually wear down and sometimes even snap making it hard to move the seat.

Oh yeh and mine are leathers so do them clips fit in them aswell

easiest seats in world to remove. remove plastic covers off rails, there will be a single bolt or pin through the mech and the front of the seat in the middle, remove this now slide seat fully back and lift out.

Any ideas on how to clean the old grease off . Sugar soap ? White spirit
