Vibra technics engine mounts

Post by gti-joe »

Just wondered if any of you guys have fitted either or both of the following engine mounts and if so how do they perform, vibration, cabin noise etc.

I have the Superpro dogbone mount fitted already to the car but the engine seems to make excessive movement and I am sure there is a slight knocking on the firewall when accelerating and deaccelerating in lower gears and thought the above may sort the problem. Anybody else have that knocking noise and managed to sort it?

Hi,
I am running both engine and gearbox mounts from Vibratecknics on my 230bhp 9N3 GTI.Works a treat, reducing movement with minimal vibration in cabin
