New to forum - 9n3 1.2 First Car

Alright, I'm new to the forum and wondering what I can do to my 55 brake 9N3.

I'm 17 so it's the classic 'insurance friendly' mods. It also desperately needs lowering, not sure how much lowering springs affect insurance.
