new boy!

Post by MATCHME93 »

newbie! ( first brand new car ) currently have a candy white polo 12 plate match 1.2 60, as being 19 i couldn't afford the insurance for a TSI :( but i'm happy!

anyway to cut a long story short i purchased the car in april pretty swift delivery:) have had it in twice with faults ( rear bumper paint was peeling off repaired free of charge second knocking noise from suspension) anyway for the past few weeks during the morning cold starts the car has been failing to idle correctly when rev'd slightly the car shakes and will stall sometimes asif the car is struggling to keep firing there is a rich smell of fuel in the cabin which is concering me. I was traveling to work today and as i come out of the road on my estate to stop at the junction the car stalled and i had no brakes almost went into the back of someones £40K SLK thanks to the handbrake the car stopped started up again fine and got it to work, i am refusing to drive the vehicle home and am having VW roadside assistance recover it and get it looked at ASAP as it may happen for the 3rd time has anyone else had this problem with there new polo before?

Had my drivers door adjusted, while it was in being done the dealership told me my power steering pump had packed up! Even though it had been fine when i drove it there. My suspension has a funny sound sounds like it is from the back. I like the car but i think it could be designed and built better.
