Help needed, interesting electrical problems!

Hi guys, I need some help regarding my electrics maybe a bit of fault finding.. Any help would be great

The symptoms are:
- head unit resets when headlights are flashed or hazards and demisters are put on at the time. Tried my head unit in another persons car and had no problems. Tried there head unit in mine and same effect
- flashing the headlights multiple times causes the idle speed to go up
- interior lights flicker slightly while engine is on.. But not when off

Had some problems with my coil pack 2 weeks ago but everything has been fine since. I have tried disconnecting my sub but with no availe. Any help would the excellent

Sounds like you might have either an earth fault, or a faulty alternator.

I have had the altennator checked and it was fine. Checked the earths myself and they are good.

Checked my wiring loom today and made sure all the connections are ok. It's seemed to have stopped it but I think it's a small coincidence!

How very odd!
