I bought the wheels new in Summer 2011, the production date is stamped on the rear face. The specs are 17 x 8, 5x100 ET35, a perfect fit to fill the arches but still leave plenty of clearance. I had them custom made for maximum brake clearance, they still have massive amounts of clearance even over the very wide brembo calipers, clearing Brembo 323mm brakes with ease.
Due to the motorsport ethos of Compomotive the original paint finish can chip easily. I had them refurbished by NuLuk wheels in Carrickfergus to a very high standard and at a cost of nearly £400. They have completed many wheels for me and their finish is durable and flawless. I also have all four centre caps with the wheels.
I have tyres on the wheels currently, two as new Pirelli P Zero Nero 205/40R17 on the rear and two Uniroyal Rainsport 205/40R17 with around 5mm of tread left. I also have two spare budget 205/40R17 with around 5mm aswell that I can fit in place of the Pirelli's if anyone wants to help bring the price down.
To buy the wheels new today would be over £1000, when the level of finish and the cost of tyres are taken into consideration I think they are priced very keenly to shift them on and get my next set of wheels.

Massive amounts of clearance. Doubt there are many, if any calipers any wider than these.
