Hey guys,

My name is Marc, and I have just got a MKV Polo :D
Pretty chuffed with it but it needed quite a bit of work before I started using it.

Heres a pic of the beaut!

So today I decided to head up to an abandoned asbestos quarry that's been flooded (perfect for recreational diving), and on the way back I ripped a 2inch hole in my tyre courtesy of our *fantastic road conditions*. I'm currently rolling on 185/55/R14's, and was wondering if the 195/60/R14's I have lying around my garage would fit???

Here's the tyre:

Welcome :)

They will fit, but may scrub a little and at 70MPH/Kmph itll youll be doing 74MPH - as the tyres are bigger.

Quick Update:
While I was up at the quarry I had to take her off the asphalt for a bit,,, Not bad off-roading skills for a 13 year old Polo :D

This evening I finished restoring my headlights, clear coated ad all, (anyone else had a problem with theirs deteriorating badly??),,, and I'm trying to get hold of a spot at a mates spray booth to give her a nice blow-over :D
