Needing a drivers side window regulater the window has stopped going up or down when I press the switch

For what model of polo? and how many doors?

Before replacing it, check the wiring between the door and body for broken wires, and try swapping the switches over

Oh ye sorry its a 3 door polo 6n2

Im guessing it could be a switch on drivers side as the driver window doesnt go down wen pressing the button neither the passenger side. But passenger winfow works with its own switch just cant control it from drivers side
