To be honest, at this point you're better off getting a quote from a VW garage and telling Arnold Clark to pay for the repairs or take the car back. I wouldn't like to let them carrying on working on it given their previous attempts...

Sorry to hear about all this though. Stick with it - they're pretty good little cars when they're working properly!
