I hope so. It's at the garage again now, I'll mention it to him so hopefully it isn't anything too expensive :(

I've been trying to find a cold air feed made of metal/chrome, but am still having no luck.

I am a bit sceptical to this, but that, with some red silicon hose may do the trick... What you think?

I love my CDA! Although I have heard a lot of good things about the Typhoon. I just want a metal cold air feed, cos they foil wrapped cardboard s**t they give you dies within a few miles of heavy right foot!

After much deliberation I have decided that I can no longer afford to keep my baby :( It sucks but no one will buy my kid, so I figured someone might buy my car?

Sensible offers welcome!

I'll list the faults...

slight scuffs on bumpers.
clutch needs adjusting or replacing, not sure as to which one as I've neglected her - been on the drive for over a month now.
bonnet needs polishing and stone chips repaired.
wheels need a refurb
usual 6n2 gti stuff!
brake light in spoiler is intermittant
I've not held back on the necessary (services, oils (including gear oil every 10,000))
there's a few pics up already but I will take some new ones and post ASAP.

Just hit 76k, mainly motorway miles, black metallic with Xenon headlamps w/ washers

CDA induction kit fitted (engine cover cut to fit)
Alpine CD/iPod head unit (original will be sold with it)
Original air box will be sold with it
full leather interior (heated fronts)
front speakers upgraded

reply / PM me if you're interested!

Although I've said I can't afford to run it I know how much I want for it and how much it is worth...never let me down and I'll be genuinely sad to see her go.

Buyer collects (unless you want to pay my train fare home)!

Any questions feel free!
