How hard were you hit? You might want to check your slam bar, back panel, bood floor and exhaust aren't damaged

I work in a body shop repairing cars that have been in accidents and to me that bumper don't look to bad, see about getting it repaired, than can normally repair splits and cracks. You might be surprised

Boot floor is okay exhaust is abit scratched am takeing bumper off Tuesday to check slam bar but bumper is bent in and exhaust is sticking out more than normal ill post m3 when I edit reg out lol

Christ, you got off lightly compared to him! They're surprisingly tough in rear end shunts... Gutted for your mate though.
I believe replacement bumpers come in primer. You might be able to salvage the lower valance though if it's not too badly scratched...
