sounds lush man, is it really loud when inside car, as i have a baby on way and getting a GTI soon, but still wanting to get some VROOM VROOM out of it, is it ok to just drive around town in with the sports cat like not too loud, i defo no a DEcat is way to loud

I would say you should get a Catback system with both silencers on. That would be a bit quieter for the baby but still give a nice grunt from the exhaust.

At low revs it runs reasonably sociable its only when hammered that it really opens up ! Thats why i like it so much it not overly noticable until when just general driving !

Weight saving for Gti Spring Festival

How easy are the front seats to remove mate?

Really easy all you need is a spline bit think its m8 and its 4 cap heads holding it down, the passenger seat has 3 cables running into it and the drivers has 2 they're just push fittings they are a bit fiddly to get out on your own with holding the chair up and undoing the clips, but with help its a simple.

I found 12 pound under the seat rails that i couldn't get so i was made up.

I bought them unused from a private seller for 800 pound !

went down to the Gti spring festival on the weekend and got picked up the fasted in class on the quarter mile sprints and ran a 13.32 at best.

the third run down, was against the yellow ibiza who's won fastest in class the past two years and has held the record for fastest 1.4tsi quarter mile "Ibizaracebrake" and i now hold the record of 13.41.

This may sound like a stupid question,
but can you feel any difference in every day driving with the weight-shredding?

Not really its literally taking a tenth or two off a second of the time by improving the acceleration couldn't notice anything really, the only thing I could say is it makes the exhaust sound amazing echoing around the car haha might convert it and carpet out the boot first polo Gti van haha
