engine difference

Hi All
A question from a newby on here

What is the difference if any between a 1.4 8V AKK and a 1.4 8V AUD engine, from the limited information that I can find they are both 8V obviously but both have 60BHP, yet there are ECU's for the AKK and AUD...

Just curious as thinking of buying a spare engine for mine as the miles are building up quickly backwards and forwards to work.....

Any one who can help here please, one of you must have an idea, wish I had but, the more I look the bigger the hole of lack of knowledge comes back....

Same engine predominantly

You would need to swap the ECU to match the engine but all the plugs should be the same

These engines are good for 200k+ miles if they are properly maintained.
