Cup holder jammed?

My cup holders got jammed in? Anyone know how to fix it? Or get it out?

best bet is to pull the head unit out and give it a push from behind, or if its still stuck out a bit then give it a pull, thats what i do if it gets stuck anyway haha

this happened to mine, i slid a knife down the size of it til it popped back out!

once you get it back out try some WD40 on the mechanism to loosen it up

is it 9n3?...get a knife behind it..or just punch the dash around it till it pops out
