One touch window reset not working.

Post by 6n2stan »

Just driven to work and noticed that my one touch window on the drivers side has stopped working.

I did the old hold up the switch for ~10seconds and it still doesn't work in one touch. I don't know about the passenger side as it hasn't worked full stop for about 3 years

Anyone had this? Relay problem?

Yeah it to do with some cheap metal they use and the water dampness makes it a bad contact or somthing.

Cheers for that Piers, it stands a chance of been a bit of corrosion. I hadn't mentioned it but I washed it yesterday morning before heading off to work.

I think I'll try and slave the switch in from the other knackered car to diagnose the switch for sure.
