Exhaust Question : Centre Silencer

Just a quick question.

Looking at getting my centre silencer removed this week for a bit more growl

I'm getting a full custom system for my birthday in August but wanted something for a bit more noise until then

A few people have said to get my centre silencer removed

Just want to confirm, this is what they are on about correct?

Not your Center silencer.. You don't have them on gti's! Only have a back box on these cars

are you getting confused as the cat was in the manifold on your old corsa?

also, the number of silencers isn't THAT important with regards to the sound, it's all about the internals of them. think of it like a magical box, they're more complicated than they look, it's not just an empty box
