if i came second last month, can i enter again with a different photo? or do i need to wait another month? and yes i read the rules, "cant enter again for that calender period" does not make sense to me.

The rules state

6- If you win, you cannot enter the same car again for that calendar period

If you came second, you did not win, therefore you can enter.
