I have always had the adjustable whiteline ARB's front and rear and have tried all manner of settings combinations on the track. Obviously this will depend on driver preference but at least get a front one also as I've found with such a short wheel base like the polo things become unsteady if the front does not match the rear when taking high speed corners especially if the track jumps from on to off camber.

My advice is set them both on soft and see what you think them move to medium then hard. At the moment I have both on hard and love it. So much feedback but you need to be on your toes all the time with steering input.

PS. even before I started tracking the car I had both front and rear (front - soft, rear - med) and the car was always composed for street driving with no lift off oversteer or understeer. But please know I've also always had a Koni/HR shock spring combo or coilovers to complement the ARB's.

Thanks Stargazer, never drove a standard one, mine have been on KW suspension before so couldn't comment.

Cool thanks dude, a good set up for shocks or coilovers is next on the cards then the front ARB. Going to investigate what hole applies to each setting, currently it's at the top of the three

So bought myself a set of KW V2's last week and started fitting them on Saturday! Also fitting the KMAC top mounts too, just need a few nuts for the rear shocks and I'll get a drive in it!

Also after fitting the TIP, exhaust and 4 bar FPR I got the stage 2 Revo software :)

So after getting back from the Toon I sorted the front and rears out. Took a bit of brain scratching to sort the adjustable top mounts and painted the rear ARB. Couldn't recommend the KW v2's enough, great investment

Just can't wait to get a proper set of tyres and see how it goes on track
