I had a tornado red cl coupe with g40 bodykit and i kept it a deep red for the whole time i had it. Not a bit of pink insight. I did polish it once a week mind! It was an obession! Thank God my GT is a metallic blue/grey/silver.

Oh yeh my point is, your car is tidy hurricane, and with colour-coded bumpers and the usual tinted clusters/clear front indicators/side repeaters, white Polo's can look proper bo. e.g Karl's CL Coupe, although with his dodgy camera phone you wouldn't know!!!!! (Karl>> No seriously mate it looks good and with a decent set of wheels-it'll be proper bo i tell thee.)

That was a mint car. Still got pics of it up in the picture post. No doubt this new GT will gleam!

Thanks. Funny you should mention that, as I've got these to go on (hopefully in the next couple of days):

I'm waiting to see the difference they make, though really I could do with the car sitting lower.

Thanks.

Cheers Karl. You have a mint, white, smooth Polo...mmm sounds dodgy that, can't get the idea of a packet of minty fresh confectionary out of my head! people go on about black and metallic blue etc etc, but a clean, crisp white gleaming away is superb, imo.

Your' BBS look smart too. I like my euro look at the mo, e.g deep-dish, but i can't help but admit BBS looks so good, its something about them. i loved my old BBS RX's on my red CL. You will put them on and straight away you will be asking yourself;

"Who put that g40 on my drive?"

With regards to my GT, photo's will be uploaded asap, but to give you a sneak preview: Metallic grey/blue/silver, piper-X, sebring backbox (maybe for sale soon), clear front indicators/side repeaters, lowered 70mm on shocks+springs, and front/rear strut braces. Corners perfect at well over 70mph. Handling=A+!!! ATS Cups to follow+tinted rears.

:D A rather happy Steve :D

So long as it ends up "extra strong" rather than with a hole in the middle!
